About Me

I originally discovered my love for makeup artistry as a teenager. From flipping through countless of magazines pages on make-up artistry to adoring flawless models’ perfect skin and being attentive to makeup looks, I set out to learn as much as I could about makeup. Self-learning from fashion magazines and observing celebrity makeup, I dabbled in my own know-how of make-up technique in order to enhance my own appearance, sometimes copying every detail I observed from those magazines.

After several attempts and yes, mishaps along the way, I soon realized just how much I loved the art of transformation. Upon being noticed by family members and friends, an overflow of encouragement and support came and I decided to pursue a career in makeup artistry.

In April 2009, I started my first training at London College of Fashion and was  awarded my first certificate covering fashion & beauty makeup.  From here, my service was set up. The next training was attended at ICN Academy in Singapore. After completing 210 hours of extensive lessons in makeup tools, choosing foundation, intensive bridal makeup training, achieving camera perfect face  and  hair styling, I earned my ICN Diploma in Professional Make-up Artist in August 2010.

What I love about my job:

Making people look beautiful! I will always respect the personality of my clients as well as their preferences. I understand what look they want whether for a bride, a party, a special event or for a client on a beauty or fashion shoot.

I am never scared to play with beautiful, unusual colours and sometimes show my clients how to come out of their comfort zone! Of course the most satisfying part of my job is seeing a bride beam in front of a mirror on what is her most important moment. And I don’t leave until I see that big, satisfied smile on her face!
